1- How does the Search Bar works?

The Search has many options that will filter the listings in the directory. It can be filtered by exact words and randomly, through the tags/keywords, listing titles, categories, and subcategories. The results can be brought by Google Auto-Location, Admin Database and so on.

 

2- Does iDenver.net support my currency?

Technically all currencies which officially support Receiving and Withdrawal (Not Just Sending) by PayPal, Stripe, and 2Checkout are supported with ListingPro. 3- Does it include an Android or iOS Mobile App?

There is no native Andriod or iOS mobile app included. It includes advance responsive version, Mobile X (App View). The built-in Mobile X version gives mobile App Like experience on the most popular mobile browsers.

4- What are the recommended image sizes for iDenver.net

Some users may face issues while uploading image files to be shown on homepage and categories.

These errors may occur by the way you’ve saved the image file.

Go to your Media Library and check if the image size corresponds exactly as defined.

5– Home Banner Image

The recommended image size for Home Banner Image is: 1600×1200

You can crop and scale the image the way you desire to, in case you need to give focus in some area of your image.

After uploading your image file, check if the image size corresponds the width and height as mentioned above.

ATTENTION

The Banner Height was set as 610 by default. If you really know what you’re doing, you can change it the way you want to. We recommend that you leave this option set as default by 610. This way, you won’t suffer any malfunction at the responsiveness on mobile devices..

6– Page header background image

The recommended image size for Page header background image is: 1500×300

You can still use the 1600×1200 though, and after uploading the image, you should go to your Media Library and edit your image size, cropping it, centralizing the detail that you want your image to appear, and set the Height as 300. Don’t worry if your image has the Width result as 1400, the important factor is the Height size of 300.

ATTENTION

Width size less than 1300, will result in gaps between margins, left and right.

 

7– Location Images

In case you want to add images for specific locations and show them on your homepage, the recommended size for Location Images is 800×600.

ATTENTION

Higher pixels or Lowest ones, will make the image lose focus and will blur the image causing its distortions.

8– Logo Images and Logo on header

The recommended size for logo icon is: 32×32, 64×64, 128×128

The recommended size for logo images on header is: 268×38

ATTENTION

Logo sizes will differ depending on whether your logo has also texts. Some users may prefer to include only the logo itself without texts in it. You’ll most likely to test it and check which one will fit better for your purpose.

 

9- What is Mobile X?

Mobile X is NOT a native mobile app for iOS or Andriod. It’s an advanced mobile-friendly (Responsive) version that works only on mobile browsers. This is the next level of mobile responsive design which gives a Mobile App-Like experience on your mobile browser without the need of downloading any mobile app.

 

10- Do you have a review and rating system?

Yes, we have the most advanced rating system which includes, Emoji (emotion) based rating and also includes interactive comments voting for visitors.

11- Can users send email to listing owners?

Absolutely yes! You can enable the leads form for listings and owners will receive the message on their email registered in the directory. Admin will also be notified that someone has got in contact with the listing owner. Also, we have at your disposal the Email Management that you can be able to edit and customize your email templates.

 

12- Can you remove a bad business review if I pay for ad campaign?

No, Absolutely No. You’re in a service industry, just give great service.

 

13- Is it possible to disable the business address (map) for non-storefront (online) businesses?

Yes definitely!

  1. You can disable such feature within your pricing plan.
  2. You can also disable such feature to be applied to the whole directory. Which means that all the directory won’t be needed to include a location.
  3. Also following the same purpose, there are options that you can change the search results page and hide the google maps that appear on the right side.

14- Is it possible to add two shifts for a single business listing?

Yes, it is possible. During the Submit Listing, users can shift their Working Hours effortlessly. You’ll see the result after submitting the listing… Also, it’s possible to work with 12 Hour or 24 Hour. In case you don’t want to include shifts, you can add single time hour normally on Theme Options.

 

15- Can I customize the listing form and display according to the categories?

Yes, you can customize the listing submission form as per assigned features to your chosen categories. Also, you can add different form fields to different categories. All additional form fields will appear under ”Additional Details” section in the detail page. They’ll all open accordingly by the chosen category.

 

16- Does iDenver.net support Google Auto Location?

Yes! iDenver.net works with 3 primary location methods. 1) Admin Database, 2) Google Auto-Location, 3) Google GPS. The first 2 options work with ISP Location, while the last one works with Google API for GPS.

 

17- Can I Search by Zip Code instead?

Yes but only with Google Places API and not by manually adding individual zip codes. But with Google API when you type in zip-code it will suggest a city, state, zipcode and country and you need to select from drop down. You can’t just enter zipcode and search.

 

18- What are the supported Payment Gateways?

The following Payment Gateways are supported as of now:

WooCommerce Payment Gateway is not supported.

 

19- What is “Claim Now” feature?

The Claim Now allows a user to establish the ownership by verifying with the site-admin. Once successfully claimed, a business owner gets a Claimed badge by verifying and establishing their identity as a real business owner to get the most out of a directory. (this feature is optional, you can disable it as per your need)

21- Does this come with a booking system?

Currently, there is NO FREE Booking System available. But we did integrate with two PREMIUM Booking Systems for business owners who are already using TimeKit and Resurva. Here’s the demo to show how the booking system works with both.

The current integration is designed in such a way that the Business Listing owner configures and manages the booking from business owner dashboard.
